行ったレストランはKanelaです。
Prawn is low fat but well known as high cholesterol food.
But actually it raises good cholesterol as well and vitamin 12 & omega 3 fatty acid.
Also, prawn is high in selenium which is cancer-protection property as well as omega 3 fatty acid.
Omega 3 fat is meant to reduce depression and stress too!
These benefits outweigh the potential harm of cholesterol level. Good news coz I love prawns:D
