ツナ缶ってホントに使える。栄養もばっちりだし、安いし、味が出てだいたいなんでもおいしくなる。
今日も冷蔵庫にはあんまり食材がなくこの青梗菜ツナ炒めでしのいだ。
ポイントは炒め物っぽいけど油を使わないこと。
フライパンにVege Stockを少々入れ、そこで煮るみたいにして作った。しょうががきいてなかなかおいしかった!
写真は次の日のお弁当用。私のが左で大きく見えるけど、右の方が大きいんです。。。ずっしりがっしり。
Bok Choy is rich in fiber, vitamin C & calcium. I didn't know that a cup of bok choy has same amount of calcium as 1/2 cup of milk.
Interestingly, daily foods are acidic foods and when we eat too much acidic foods, our body tries to alkalize. To do so, our body uses calcium.
My boss at work reduced his milk intake for his arthritis and after a couple weeks he doesn't feel pain anymore. Amazing... I guess a lot of people think drinking a lot of milk increase calcium in our body but this may not be the case.
